This Privacy Policy explains how DooMoon Care Joint Stock Company (“DooMoon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Apps” or the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. What we collect and why
2.1. Information you provide to us
Support communications:
When you contact customer support, we collect your email address and any information you include in your message so we can respond.
2.2. Information we collect automatically
App usage & diagnostics:
IP address, device model, OS version, language, time zone, crash logs, session events, and pages/screens viewed.
Purpose: operate, secure, debug, and improve the Apps; measure performance.
Advertising identifiers & consent signals:
If (and only if) you consent to personalized ads, we process your device’s advertising identifier (e.g., GAID/AAID/IDFA) and a coarse location signal (e.g., country/region derived from IP or system settings).
Purpose: show ads that are more relevant to you and measure their effectiveness.
You can withdraw consent at any time in the App and/or your device settings.
3. Health Data
Certain DooMoon Apps may integrate with Android’s Health Connect or similar system services to access limited health-related information that you choose to share.
- Types of data accessed: metrics such as calories burned, steps, or activity duration — only if the specific App offers a fitness or activity-tracking feature and you choose to enable it.
- Purpose of use: solely to display or calculate your personal activity insights within the App.
- We do not use health data for advertising, analytics, or any secondary purpose.
- Processing and storage: health data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly stated in that App’s feature description.
- Sharing: we do not share, sell, or rent any health data to third parties (including ad networks, analytics providers, or data brokers).
- User control: you can enable or disable access to health data at any time through in-app settings or your device’s system permissions. (e.g., Health Connect → App permissions).
- Deletion and retention: health data remains on your device and is automatically removed when you disable the feature, revoke permission, or uninstall the App.
- Children: health-related features are not directed to children and should not be used by anyone under the applicable age required by law.
4. How we use your information
We use the information described above for:
- Operating, providing, and maintaining the Service and its core features.
- Customer support and to respond to your requests.
- Safety, security, fraud prevention, debugging, and enforcing our terms.
- Analytics to understand usage and improve performance and quality.
- Advertising (with your consent): to deliver and measure personalized ads in the Apps.
- Health data (if applicable): used only for displaying personal fitness insights within the App.
Legal bases (where applicable): performance of a contract, your consent (e.g., personalized ads or health data access), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (e.g., operating and improving the Apps and ensuring security).
When we share information
We share personal information only as described below.
4.1. Service providers and partners
We use trusted vendors to help us run the Apps. Depending on the App, these may include:
- Advertising networks/mediation: Google AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Facebook/Meta.
- Analytics/measurement & crash reporting: Firebase, Google Analytics, Tenjin.
- Cloud storage & data processing: Google Cloud (e.g., BigQuery) for non-health telemetry/analytics.
These partners may receive device identifiers, coarse location, and usage events to provide their services to us. Where required, we obtain your consent before enabling personalized ads.
4.2. Legal, protection, and corporate events
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; to investigate fraud or abuse; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. If a transfer occurs, any recipient will be bound by this Policy or a policy with materially similar protections.
We do not sell your personal information in the common sense of the word.
5. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed:
- Support emails: typically up to 24 months after the ticket closes (unless law requires longer).
- Analytics & logs: kept for operational needs and security, typically 12–25 months.
- Advertising identifiers: kept according to partner settings and your device controls; you can reset your device’s ad ID at any time.
- Health data: local to device only and removed when you revoke permission or uninstall the App.
6. Your choices and rights
6.1. Controls in the Apps and on your device
- Personalized ads: manage/withdraw consent in the App and via device settings (Limit Ad Tracking / Ads personalization).
- Notifications/permissions: use device settings to grant or revoke permissions at any time.
- Health data access: managed via in-app settings or system permissions. (e.g., Health Connect → App permissions).
6.2. Privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port your data, or withdraw consent. To exercise rights, email aso.doomoon@gmail.com.
We will verify your request and respond within applicable timeframes.
If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why.
For residents of certain U.S. states (e.g., California), targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “share.” You can opt out by turning off personalized ads in the App/device settings and contacting us.
You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concerns.
7. Children
Our Apps are not directed to children under 16 (or a higher age where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact aso.doomoon@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Health-related features are not intended for use by children.
8. International transfers
We may process information on servers and with providers located outside your country (for example, in the United States or the EEA).
Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework by our U.S. providers.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the application sandboxing provided by mobile operating systems.
No system is 100% secure, but we continually work to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction.
10. Third-party links
The Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time.
We will post the updated version in the Apps and indicate the “Last updated” date at the top.
If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice (e.g., in-app notice) where required by law.
